If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@acalah.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Japan with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our checkout page for shipping rates and estimated delivery times to your country.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
